Each concert features a local\, small business drinks vendor featuring Taste Wild native plant inspired drink offerings. This class will start with a gentle warm-up\, flow through deeper stretches\, balances\, and sculpting exercises\, and will end with grounding restorative poses to relax from head to toe. We’ll meet at the Outdoor Classroom to stretch and warm up before heading out for a run through the different plant communities of California.
