L.A. Biz Journal – “Union on Yale is a must-stop on the east side of Los Angeles County”

The dishes are more European-inspired than just Mediterranean-inspired, with a wine list as cosmopolitan. The chef comes from L.A.’s Le Cordon Bleu and the wood-fired oven comes from Naples, and between the two, Union on Yale produces some of the best Old- and New World pizzas in this part of the county.
